The Vectron ServiceCall system provides restaurateurs with an ideal tool which increases both customer satisfaction and customer retention and thus raises the level of turnover generated per guest by optimizing service quality. The integration of the Vectron ServiceCall system within your existing Vectron POS system, and ideally in the mobile Vectron POS systems as well, constitutes a technologically perfect solution which pays for itself before you know it.
If waiting staff overlook a guest wishing to order or ask for the bill, he no longer has to gesticulate wildly or raise his voice - pressing the button on the battery-operated, wireless table transmitters suffices for his request to be displayed on the POS screen via radio transmission. The flash signal gradually accelerates if the waiter´s response is delayed. The table transmitters have a range of up to 150 metres.
The Vectron ServiceCall system can also be used by the kitchen to inform the waiter that meals are waiting to be delivered.
